On the 26th of September the TRAKNOVA team attended the Turo UK Host Summit in Stratford London.This is an annual event that Turo has held every year since 2021 where Turo Hosts can come together, share strategies, network and enjoy the beautiful cars on display. Over 400 people had signed up for the annual event held in a beautiful event space just a 5 minute from Stratford station. Upon entering all attendees were greeted with free snacks and drinks in a lobby area. Also in attendance was most of the Turo UK team, who mingled with the attendees to answer any questions and get to know their community and client base better.Throughout the day there were many different speakers and topics covered. At 5PM there was a panel discussion with three hosts. Two from the UK and one from America. Many different topics were covered such as where to get insurance, how to start a business like this, how to grow your fleet from one vehicle to 5 and advice on automating your fleet.After this panel the guests were then free to network and enjoy the snacks for a bit longer until the evening. In the evening all the attendees had the privilege of hearing the CEO or TURO, Andre Haddad, talk about the future of the business and answer questions from the audience.Turo has no plans to stop their aggressive growth strategy in the UK and Europe, with the goal to bring it to the level and profitability that it is at in the USA.The Turo team plans to achieve this by launching marketing strategies across many different fronts including some exciting partnerships within the automotive industry.
